Watchdog displays incorrect username:

In database watchdog lists an event with uid=0
At admin/reports/dblog it lists the entry with username of UID 56 "(not verified)"

Only other user recognized seems to be UID 1, all others are listed with the username of UID 56.

So far I can't figure out what could possibly be wrong.

This seems to be an issue specific to reporter's install.

Please provide more details like the contrib modules enabled, all modules and themes overriding theme_username() modules implementing hook_user_access.
