When an GPLAN/QMATIC endpoint requires a client certificate, or one is trying to connect to an endpoint via a (SSH) tunnel or firewall, passing SOAP options is necessary (local_cert, proxy_host etc).

Attached patch allows global soap options for either gplan or qmatic.

Nice one!

But since you can only have one client active, we can use 'webform_appointment_soap_options' instead of a variable per API client. Also, the 'trace' option is a debug left-over, so that one can be removed too!
