Instead of AM/PM notation, the administration form should let the site admin toggle 24-hour or 12-hour clock display.

I would favor the 24-hour version since it's taking less space.

Yes, this is something I should have put from the beginning.
It's too bad that I never thought about it. I will definitely add this feature to the next release.
