I just hit a notice with 4.10. activity is assigned.
Notice: Undefined index: act in wf_crm_webform_postprocess->processActivities() (line 1306 of /home/xxxxx/public_html/test/sites/all/modules/webform_civicrm/includes/wf_crm_webform_postprocess.inc).

I've got the same notice as sonicthoughts.

It indicates this line in webform_civicrm/includes/wf_crm_webform_postprocess.inc
$attachments = CRM_Core_BAO_File::getEntityFile('civicrm_activity', $this->ent['act'][1]);

By the way, the activity is created and the email is sent. It just displays this notice message on the confirmation page.
