Attaching patch which adds the sandbox option under the Coinbase payment method.

This patch requires an updated coinbase-php library which has sandbox support. The specific pull request on github is https://github.com/coinbase/coinbase-php/pull/46 or a repository with the merge integrated is https://github.com/dmp1ce/coinbase-php

Hopefully, sandbox support to the coinbase-php library can be added soon so that this module can rely on it.

I've also created a copy of the module on github if anyone wants to use the sandbox feature.
