Hi,
we have a customer that has been seeing the same issue.

Each time that I attempt to enable the Page Manager Index or create a new one I get the error:

EntityFieldQueryException: Entity <em class="placeholder">page_manager_search</em> has no base table. in EntityFieldQuery->propertyQuery() (line 1247 of /mnt/gfs/vladev/livedev/docroot/includes/entity.inc)
