Plan for Commerce Features 7.x-1.2 release

Hi,

Currently I'm using 3 patch to use this module which is really helpful.

projects[commerce_features][version] = "1.0"
projects[commerce_features][patch][] = "https://www.drupal.org/files/issues/commerce_features-commerce_coupon-2.x-compatibility-2173529-9.patch"
projects[commerce_features][patch][] = "https://www.drupal.org/files/issues/make_commerce_checkout-1973602-8.patch"
projects[commerce_features][patch][] = "https://www.drupal.org/files/issues/commerce_features-export-shipping-rate-1402762-20.patch"

All those patchs create warning when applied together.

It should be a great thing to create a new release because the last one, and the only one, is really old (2013-Nov-26).
