Discover any memory limit issues we have [#2493035]

#2488538: Add SafeMarkup::remove() to free memory from marked strings when they're printed has raised some concerns about memory usage and we still have memory usage from SafeMarkup to check - see #2295823: Ensure that we don't store excessive lists of safe strings.
