Migrate support

My use case.
When I'm migrating nodes I want to specify at least the panelizer layout they use.

An initial patch that covers my use case:

creates a new panelizer_layout migrate field for entities.
Is hardcoded for the full page override (page_manager).
Receives values like "node:article:2col" for the layout value.
