Can you clarify a couple things? It appears that all subdomain sites are forced to have the same configuration (theme, logo, site info, etc.). Is this correct? This is what I'm experiencing anyways. I have only Domain Access enabled at this point - none of the other tools. In what ways can we customize? Also, does it matter whether you are administering from the main domain or any of the subdomains?

Please read the provided documentation (especially Domain Theme and Domain Configuration). Then, if you still have questions, post them here as documentation issues.

In general, it only matters what domain you are on in specific cases, and only when using Domain Prefix.
