Here's a very rough port of the Grid display style from the old Views bonus pack. I'd like to finesse the HTML output, but at least for now thats compartmentalized in the tpl file -- the style itself seems to work nicely.

Here's an updated version that adds some useful classes on the tables that are generated. Not sure if it's overkill or not, but it is certainly a bit nicer for folks who just need to tweak some of the stuff via pure CSS.

Whoops. And one more version that removes a silly copy-paste carryover from the list plugin style, which this is a shameless ripoff of.
