This is moot point, if the user pulls any container that is on top of base, base is pulled too.

Rather than making this 'optional', discussion at the sprint was to simply remove it ... if someone wants the base containers, they can still get them by calling drupalci init:base directly.

Removed whitespace ... this is ready for merge to dev.
