Pictures of comment authors are linked to the comment authors home page, and that's good. But pictures of the authors of the posts those comments relate to are not linked to the posts authors (only the name is.) It would be nice if the pictures were linked too. :)

Can you see the authors picture next to the name on the post? if you can then the picture should be linked. The node template uses the default user_picture template which includes a link, the same as the comment template file.

If you do not see the user picture at all - you can enable it by editing the node type commune_post under content types and setting the display settings to include the user picture.

Yes, I can see the authors picture next to the name on the post. The name is linked but not the picture.
Do you mean to say I have to create a user-picture.tpl.php template file in my theme template directory? If so, what do I put in it?

i cannot figure this one out. On my test site the author picture is linked to the user. Can you pm me a link to where I can see this happening?
