Just getting ready to port some D7 modules to D8 and ran into this excessively minor bug (so minor that I almost selected 'task' as the category.
Description: on the modules page the Database Logging module doesn't have a configure link.
Steps: go to the modules page, expand Database Logging entry.
Expected: Configuration link beside the help link.

This issue is a normal bug fix, and doesn't include any disruptive changes, so it is allowed per https://www.drupal.org/core/beta-changes. Committed be4b247 and pushed to 8.0.x. Thanks!
