This is a follow-up to #2191069: Have Panopoly Theme depend on Radix Layouts (rather than providing it's own)

I found two instances of old Panopoly Theme layouts in our features!

  • panopoly_pages for the panopoly_landing_page layout
  • panopoly_test for the panopoly_test_page layout

I'll do a quick audit to find any more...

We also had a few cases of 'flexible' that we really shouldn't be using. I'm going to clean those up too!
