Support for alter hook rows generated in ajax callback

The entityreference_view_widget_ajax callback generates the rows as is done in hook_field_widget_form().
The only difference is that hook_field_widget_form_alter isn't called in the entityreference_view_widget_ajax callback.
The attached patch tries to fix that so that changes to the rows ajaxed in can be made, and the change reflected.
