Security Question Guideline

I recommend we have a guideline for security questions on the user page. The guideline will be set of information given by the administrator to the users guiding them on the importance of the security questions and how to use it.

For instance, now there are three questions to answered but users are not guided by default that they must fill all the questions opting to answer different questions. If users choose to answer same questions three times, they get an error message.
