I updated Drupal 6.1 at 6.2 and now the nodes names are like default (e.g. node/2 instead of colors/blue). I updated manualy the URL aliases and some nodes has changed their names but not all.
What I must do to have back my site structure?

Happens to me with all aliases in 6.1. Harumph.

Do you have Drupal's 'Path' module enabled? Also upgrade to the latest version (6.10) and report back here.
