Install module, feature ckeditor settings and disable/uninstall module break site

Problem and reproduce

• Install ckeditor module
• Make features export ckeditor
• Enable this feature (with other stuff)
• remove ckeditor export from the feature
• disable ckeditor

Launch update.php or clear cache, features make a call to ckeditor_profile_features_export() and ckeditor_profile_features_export_render() from includes/ckeditor.features.inc which needs ckeditor_profile_load() from ckeditor.module which is not loaded anymore since it's disabled.

Error displayed

Call to undefined function ckeditor_profile_load

How to solve

In beginning of this two functions, load module ckeditor in case it's not loaded yet :
module_load_include('module', 'ckeditor');
