Changes since 7.x-1.1:

• Only attempt to load recurring Commerce products when applicable.
• Fix donation form to pull in correct location of donation setting.
• Add options for radio button amount without 'other', and for customizing the 'other' option label.
• Allow for use of query params to set default donation amounts.
• Play nice with old donation configurations that don't have an amount label configured.
• Rewrite of code that doesn't work in PHP 5.3
• Always generate new card on file when a recurring donation is made
• Set the correct init value when creating a user account
• Better checking on address value to avoid notice
• add support for options_element module style allowed values input on the redhen_donation_entity_settings_form - also allows for default donation amount to be selected when options_element style config is used
