The panopoly_test module declares a couple of test content types: panopoly_test_landing_page, panopoly_test_page and panopoly_test_page_simple.

Currently, they allow editors and administrators to create/edit them, and only administrators to use Panelizer.

However, to allow child distributions to use those content types for their own tests (which may involve roles created by the child distribution) we should allow all authenticated users to have full permission to them (including Panelizer).

Here is my first attempt at a patch for this! I'm going to run on Travis-CI, because I'm a little worried about the Panelizer permissions working, since they won't exist until after the content types are created and the Panelizer variables set.

EDIT: Here's the Travis-CI build: https://travis-ci.org/panopoly/panopoly/builds/54713800

Looking good on Panopoly and on the child distro I'm testing this on! Committed.
