Document the minimum jQuery version for stacktable js and note the fact that you need jquery_update to run it.

it uses prop() so that means at least jQuery 1.6.

I haven't looked to see if there are any other limiting factors.

I guess this is needs more info. What is the minimum version of jquery for the lib.
