Problem/Motivation

Clear your CSS cache. Install standard. The thingy that allows you to toggle between horizontal mode and vertical mode is just gone.

Shrink your browser window until the toolbar switches to vertical mode, then pull it back. The doodad reappears.

Note: if your toolbar was already set to vertical mode, you're just stuck. Clear all the things and it will go back to horizontal (the default).

Tested on both Chrome and Safari.
