Menu is wrong formatted when all the children are unpublished and these unpublished children do not appear in the menu configuration to be removed.

When a node related with a submenu is unpublished, the Drupal hides this submenu from configuration and applies a wrong formatting on parent of this menu. In other words, Drupal does not show unpublished menu, but it apply all configuration for the parent of this unpublished menu.

To reproduce this problem, you must have a menu with one or more submenu, then, you must unpublish node related with this submenu. Afte this, the bullet of this menu will be wrong and you will no see the submenu on configuration (you can see this configuration on database only).
