I think it would be a good idea to move the payment list page at admin/build/signup_pay to Content Management as a child of Signup administration.

So, Content Management >> Signup administration >> Signup Pay (admin/content/signup/signup_pay), or something along those lines.

I feel that this would be a more logical place for an administrator to find this kind of information as opposed to the Site Building section.

Thoughts? I can provide a patch, but wanted to see if anyone else had any better ideas first.

I agree that it is better under content management.

Not sure though if it is under signup admin, since this way it will be invisible on the /admin page, and people have to dig for it to find it.

How about making it right under admin -> content management, at the same level of signup?
