Theming with Feedapi

Hey folks,

Using the beta I was able to theme the tpl.php's sufficiently for each feed item.

Specifically I was able to use variables to relay the parent feed title and link. In 1.1 this is nolonger possible and I was wondering if someone had suggestions for spitting out the parent feed name and link based on a feed item's nid.
