Everything worked fine, but suddenly anonymous users can't access (some) book pages. When I'm signed as admin a can access everything . One of the possible causes could be that I installed og, but i deleted it. The other think is translation. I can still access some book pages - when I change language from blank to slovene and than translation workflow to be tranlated - I can no longer access that node as anonymous user.

If you had OG and then uninstalled it then chances are the problem is related to that. Try rebuilding permissions at Administer > Content management > Post settings and see if that fixes it up.
