To reproduce:

1. Load a page with a spotlight that supports the IPE
2. Note that prev/next/pause/play buttons work fine on the spotlight
3. Click "Customize this page" in the IPE bar
4. Note that those buttons stopped working
5. Click "Save" in the IPE bar
6. Note that the buttons are still broken

Sprinkling in a few .once()'s fixed this. Patch forthcoming.
