If I use RSVP to send a message only to those listed as Attending it actuallys goes to everyone attending, not attending, may be attending, and no response. My site users are not happy I'm spamming them.

yes, zach is amazing. YAY! thanks Z. as you know I also updated the language and formatting so it would be MUCH clearer for both admins and users- i incorporated your critical fix to it.
