Identical indexes in feedapi_node_item? needed?

Is it a problem that the feedapi_node_item table has this two identical indexes in it - here's the phpmyadmin message I got:

The following indexes appear to be equal and one of them should be removed: PRIMARY, feedapi_node_nid
