I'm a very happy customer of them, since December. I think they are interesting, they always try to save my money. They don't earn much from me, but they did too many help for me. I always ask stupid questions and speak terrible English, but they always very nice to me, very friendly, just like friends.
I've talked with the owner many times, he is a very good man. He answered my questions, setup cron for me, sent mails to me to make sure everything is fine, and much more. They care about their customers.
I think everything is great, great customer support team, great servers, great host for Drupal sites.
I don't know what you need, so I'm not sure you can host your sites with them. You have to tell them what you need by yourself. But I can tell you, you can trust them. You can open a ticket, send a mail, or call them if you want.
