Webform 4.x compatibility patch

I applied the patch, yet still getting the same message just after I send an email - "0 items queued for sending."

The issue is not resolved for me, still getting the same error after applying the patch, can someone verify the patch and it's functionality please.

This worked for me.
I've now just got to work out a way to get it to send the emails right away (this would be a great option, choose between sending right away or awaiting cron).
