Danny EnglanderThis should work with the third party menu region. see this for more insight: #2318983: Split third party menu region out of main menu region so it does not inherit CSS & JS. It could be a while before I am able to test this myself.

Stephen Rockwell CreditAttribution: Stephen Rockwell commentedThanks for getting back to me Danny. I reviewed the post. I guess I have a similar problem and could apply suckerfish menu to my alternative main menu. It would be great though if the theme responded to context on changing main menu. I really like the responsive main menu bar of the theme.
