I get a slightly different version when downloading the "official" minified file: https://github.com/carhartl/jquery-cookie/releases/download/v1.4.1/jquer... (available on the page: https://github.com/carhartl/jquery-cookie/releases).

Tested #2 and didn't run into any issues. I also verified that it contains the official minified file from #1.
