We are using Kalatheme and custom subthemes that depend on bootstrap. I am getting javascript errors that bootstrap needs jquery 1.9.1 or higher but anything more recent than v1.7 conflicts with panopoly administration.

jQuery 1.9 is going to break Views and Panels UI as well. IPE does not work with 1.9 either. One of the reasons we've not upgraded to the latest Bootstrap JS in Radix 3.x.

We're still using Bootstrap JS 3.2.0. http://netdna.bootstrapcdn.com/bootstrap/3.2.0/js/bootstrap.min.js

Thanks for the info. Reverting back to 3.2.0 was the solution.
