- Copy the interface to lib_81/ folder (for patches stuck in postponed state)
- Register lib_81/ in registry_autoload
- Create a Drupal\service_container\Messenger\LegacyMessenger (which calls drupal_set_message, drupal_get_messages, etc.) implementing MessengerInterface.
- Create a simple integration test to ensure it works properly
