I have read blog post about NCO twice, but still have very little how it will work... My site has ~20 different vocabularies, with 2 to 2000 terms in them. No freetagging. User may select 1-2 terms from most of vocabularies, in some cases (many checboxes) up to ~200. Currently using custom simple but effective Views view to get "similar by terms with weight" contents

Questions:
-Can NCO module help in my case?
-Getting "0 seed terms found" on Drupal log, what I am doing wrong???

Would like to extensively test your module!!!

Ok, I have generated couple hundred nodes, and there are ~10 terms on Cluster Build Tree, but that is all...

Hi,

Taxonomy NCO looks for co-occurrence to infer similarity or co-interest. If you have a lot of nodes that have a few tags each then you may well be able to use it. It was initially designed for a single freetagging vocabulary with a lot of tags on lots of nodes, but has been developed further since to work with multiple vocabularies (by bago) - https://www.drupal.org/node/1483672

Here are a few things to check:

- Have you got both the Taxonomy NCO and the Taxonomy NCO Analysis modules switched on?
- Have you selected all your vocabularies in the Taxonomy NCO Analysis admin interface ( at admin/config/content/taxonomy_nco_analysis )?
- Have you run the big batch process after pressing Start initial analysis? This runs on cron and could take a long time if you have a big data set. You can monitor its progress in Recent Log Messages.

If you've done those, could you tell me if it says it's seeing any term relationships in the Taxonomy NCO admin interface ( admin/config/content/taxonomy_nco )?

Sad, I do not have bid data source to play with, but the nodes generated by Devel Generate seem to be very low quality, but when manually adding some, there are 1800+ records now.
Another problem arose: I cannot delete "Enforced Cluster Root" records...

I'm not clear what's going on with devel generate here.

I would recommend that you switch off the taxonomy NCO clustering module until you are happy with straight taxonomy NCO
