Follow-up to #1074108: Profile selection form not skipped if there is only one visible profile

The interactive installer should skip the first form for selecting profiles if there is a distribution.

The test is slightly outdated, since it creates an empty .profile, which is not needed.

This issue is a normal bug fix, and doesn't include any disruptive changes, so it is allowed per https://www.drupal.org/core/beta-changes. Committed 7d1a81e and pushed to 8.0.x. Thanks!

This can't be backported afaik since the not requiring a module or profile file is a D8 thing.
