css class if will get clean will not it cause the problem on live website and can i put the bootstrap css on the panel just copy and put it on the drupal panel .

Sorry, I don't understand your English. It sounds like a Drupal 7 support request. If so, don't worry, this is a change in Drupal 8. Have you read the change record listed in the right hand column?
