Problem/Motivation

Follow up from #287292-129: Add functionality to impersonate a user. The documentation on AccountProxyInterface::setAccount() needs to be updated to point to the account_switcher service as a safer way to "impersonate" another user.

This issue is an unfrozen change (documentation) as per https://www.drupal.org/core/beta-changes and it's benefits outweigh any disruption. Committed cc06a92 and pushed to 8.0.x. Thanks!
