When trying to add a new Context, the Conditions and Reactions boxes are greyed out and blank.
Am I missing something obvious - apologies if I am.

Ah - doesn't seem to work with jquery 1.7 (through jQuery Update).

Fiddling with css - removing display:none - shows all options again.

Unfortunately though, the collapsed dropdowns (like in Blocks conditions) will not expand; only thing is to disable jQuery Update whilst setting up Context, I suppose; or go into "context_reaction_block.inc" and do "'#collapsed' => FALSE" at line 47... Nope that doesn't work (Add doesn't work).

Got round it:
set jQuery and jQuery UI CDN to None.
Everything works again!

got the exact same problem with 7.x-3.6.
#2 does not solve the problem for me.

Had to turn to jQuery-update for admin pages to 1.8 (from previously default version for Drupal).
