Rubik is my favorite admin theme, but it have some problem in RTL Languages.
so we completed RTL version Rubik admin theme in CSS files and images.
We attache these files below.

In order for us to commit this, it needs to be in the form of a patch, not a zip file. Refer to the Git instructions for creating patches.

I downloaded your zip and applied it, but it reverted some old commits, and other things I'm not sure are applicable. I did my best to clean it up, so try out my patch, and either approve it or append to it whatever else you'd like to add.
