Some hosts don't easily allow access to phpinfo. It would be handy to have a page that spits this data out. Of course it would need to be only accessible to certain roles (either super user or perhaps custom perms for the module).

Added a new 'Admin functions' tab with a link to the PHP Info page. Only accessible to users with the permission 'Use ExtraTools Admin Functions'.
