Problem/Motivation

Create a page view at and select role plugin for access setting below page settings. Configure roles and check both anonymous and authenticated. Logout try to access the view.

This issue is a normal bug fix, and doesn't include any disruptive changes, so it is allowed per https://www.drupal.org/core/beta-changes. Committed d155ba9 and pushed to 8.0.x. Thanks!
