If you enable a module that requires another module it brings you to the confirmation page to enable the required module (admin/modules/list/confirm). If you click the "Continue" button more than once it will disable several modules accidentally.
To reproduce the bug, I installed a new instance of Drupal 7.32. I then enabled Content translation and clicked "Save configuration." It brings me to the "Some required modules must be enabled" page to confirm I want to enable Locale. I click on the "Continue" button more than once and after it posts about half of the modules are disabled.
The attached files shows a comparison of enabled modules before and after in my case.
It does not matter which modules you enable to reproduce the bug. My colleague did this on one of our production sites the day before with a different module and required module and white-screened our site.

phoenix commentedToday I got the same error. I don't click many times on continue.
If I enable modules without getting the dependency question, everything works fine. If I enable a module, and drupal asks me to enable dependencies, a lot of modules get disabled. Why? I can't figure out for the moment.
This drupal 7 site runs on PHP 5.6.6.
