distro_update 1.0-beta4 was released recently:

@caschbre says it's all bug fixes that affect child distributions, but we should still do some manual testing with Panopoly.

I did some manual testing of /admin/reports/updates /admin/reports/updates/update, including some out-of-date modules that aren't part of Panopoly. Everything looked good to me! Committed.
