Is it possible to create view that shows both nodes and taxonomy terms?
I tried to use hook_views_query_alter, but without success.

Please find the below steps:

-> Create view for term.
-> Add "Relationships">>"Taxonomy term: Content with term".
-> Then add field that you want to display.
