Payment line items have been consolidated

Payment for Drupal Commerce 7.x-1.x created one Payment payment line item per Drupal Commerce order line item when the order balance was equal to the total order amount. However, due to the nature of Drupal Commerce orders, this meant that payment amounts did not always equal order amounts. To solve that, this functionality was removed and Payment for Drupal Commerce 7.x-2.x now creates a single Payment payment line item that contains the order balance.
