Current the module only supports "pull" communicate, where agent "pulls" data from Drupal. It'll be more useful to allow Drupal "push" notifications to agent applications.

The simplest implementation is for Drupal to send a simple notification via Rules and asks agents to "pull" data.

This is particular useful if Drupal admins "abort" a computing request, and Drupal should notify agents to abort as well.
