Pass language object to theme_glossify_links() to allow for multilingual paths to terms [#2359887]

I've broken out the patch and improved it a bit (the original is actually broken).

Here's an improved patch that falls back to the default language if no language is provided.

This may have been patched against the beta, not the dev version. I'll need to check (and re-roll if necessary) when I have a chance.

A functional patch would be awesome. I have just two languages enabled and the module works terrible. linking is just random with languages..
